I have used them multiple times for upgrades/replacements and twice in emergency situations. They have always been quick and responsive and when they have not been able to resolve the problem, they have always found a way to restore service until they can get back to fully resolve the cause of the problem. On an occasion where the technician wasn’t sure of the problem, the owner came in the evening and solved the situation and I was only charged for one of the visits. Their office staff has always treated me how I have treated them, kindly and professionally.
