hvac & plumbing maintenance

The heating and cooling systems in your home are complex pieces of HVAC equipment. They include hundreds of moving parts that work together to make your home feel comfortable when the conditions outside are far from it. Without regular maintenance, these parts and your systems will eventually break down. Miller Plumbing & Heating can ensure your HVAC system operates at peak efficiency in every season.

Preventive HVAC Maintenance in City, State

Think about your car for a second. You drive it every day and put thousands of miles on it. Without regularly getting an oil change, it’ll eventually show signs of trouble. Your engine’s parts will start to grind against each other, and your engine will ultimately fail. The cost of getting an oil change is a small price to pay to keep your car running smoothly.

Now think about your HVAC system. It’s just like your car. It requires regular maintenance to operate without problems. Miller Plumbing & Heating offers a Maintenance Insurance Service Agreement that covers the required cleaning and servicing of one gas or oil furnace/boiler or one air conditioner/heat pump once a year. The agreement covers all parts and labor on furnaces/boilers except heat exchangers and air filters.
